McCaffrey House Bed and Breakfast Inn
Relax at McCaffrey House Bed and Breakfast Inn located in Twain Harte, California. It's the perfect place to stay while wine tasting in the area , exploring the California Gold Country, or skiing at Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. It's not far to Yosemite National Park and the historic town of Sonora.
We were greeted by Stephanie, who owns the inn along with her husband, Michael. After settling in, we enjoy a glass of wine from the bottle Stephanie gave us and we treated ourselves to a couple's massage. What a great way to start a much needed getaway!
Guests here have eight different rooms to choose from. Each is warmly decorated with all the amenities you can think of. Our room had a view of the thickly wooded area surrounding the inn. We could watch the birds from our room.The full country breakfast, cooked by Stephanie and served by Michael, is a real treat. Each morning of our stay we were greeted with fresh coffee and juices, freshly baked breads, a hot entree, and fresh fruit.
This bed and breakfast inn is a place to which we will eagerly return. It's been rated 4 diamonds by the Automobile Club of America.

Directions from Sonora, California:Take 108 east out of Sonora. Go approximately 12 miles. You will drive past Twain Harte. The bed and breakfast inn is on Hwy. 108 on the right side. If you reach Confidence South Fork road you have driven past the inn.
