My aunt taught me how to make bbq sauce with this recipe. Over the years this has remained our favorite homemade barbeque sauce.
We love the tangy flavors of this Hawaiian style sauce on chicken or pork. It is delicious and often used as a buffalo wing sauce recipe as well! Simply spread the sauce over the chicken pieces, pork ribs, or pork chops and then bake in the oven or barbecue.
Wine Pairing: Use a Zinfandel in this sauce and to drink while eating. Zinfandel is a bold, zesty wine that goes well with anything barbecued. Zinfandel can be full bodied and spicy or lighter with lots of fruitiness. Discover the best Zinfandel wine that fits your budget by clicking on this link.
