Discover Gilroy Wineries. These wineries of the Santa Clara Valley are located just south of San Jose in the towns of Morgan Hill, San Martin, and Gilroy. You'll find many great wines just waiting to be sampled.

More than twenty wineries make their home in the Santa Clara Valley. Most are small family owned wineries. The person pouring wine for you in the tasting room may well be one of the family members.

It's a great place to go wine tasting. We'd recommend calling in advance to make sure they are open. Some of the wineries have limited hours.

Casa de Fruta is famous for it's fruit stand, restaurant, deli, narrow gauge railroad, and carousel. It's a popular stopping place on the Pacheco Pass. Their winery produces fruit wines and varietal wines.
